
Mitsumi Housing Pvt. Ltd. Is honored to participate in the ‘[email protected] – New Urban India : Transforming Urban India’, a three days conference cum expo organized by Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) from 5th to 7th October at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
This was a part of celebration campaign under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative where Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs had invited the Innovators, Startups, Material Providers, Professionals, Institutions, and Public & Private Agencies involved in construction industries.
Exhibition showcased 75 Innovative Construction Technologies, with name ‘Indian Housing Technology Mela’ (IHTM), under Global Housing Technology Challenge-India (GHTC-India), showcasing domestically developed indigenous and innovative construction technologies, materials and processes.

Mitsumi Housing Pvt. Ltd. being the awardee the Light House Project (LHP) Agartala under PMAY-Urban, was the flag bearer of LGSF technology. Team Mitsumi showcased the prototype and 3D model of the Agartala Township to be built in LGSF Technology
Day 1 : (5th October 2021) : Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi along with Union Ministers Shri Rajnath Singh, Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh and Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji visited the stall venues. The Secretary of MoHUA Shri Durga Shankar Mishra briefed the chief guests about the new innovative construction technologies that are proposed to be the rapid build technologies for the rowing demands of the Indian construction scenario.
PM delivered the speech and interacted with the later, after the felicitation in the hall, the expo was commenced opened for all the delegates coming from different state government bodies and departments. Mitsumi Housing Pvt. Ltd in its stall briefed all the visiting delegates from various Urban Development Authorities of different states, ULBs & central and state PSUs about LGSF technology and how it is beneficial for the their particular requirement.
Day 2 : 6th October 2021 : Mitsumi Housing Pvt. Ltd. stall was visited by Joint Secretary Shri Amrit Abhijat (IAS) with Shri R K Gautam (IAS) along with ministry officials. Business Head Mr Shahid Badshah gave the introduction to the technology and explained how rapid construction LGSF technology can be used nonresidential development purposes.
BMTPC under MoHUA led by Shri Shailesh K Agrawal took the video interview at the Mitsumi stall and explained the benefits of LGSF technology. He explained how this eco friendly construction technology can change the future of rapid construction and why it has been chosen for the Light House Project Agartala under PMAY as an alternative to the existing conventional construction method.
Many engineering graduates, undergrads and academicians have also taken interest in this innovative construction technology of future. As a part of technology awareness efforts by Mitsumi Housing we had invited them all to our Weekly Wednesday Webinar, where we discuss in depth about the Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) technology in more interactive way.






Day 3 : 7th October 2021 : Team Mitsumi exhibited the LGSF technology to all the technocrats from public sector, private professionals and stakeholders of construction technology that how this unique rapid construction method can go beyond the housing and cater to the commercial and industrial constructional needs of the country. The Indian Housing Technology Mela is a three days expo cum conference where the government officials and technocrats from different state will visit the exhibition stall and talk to the representatives of Mitsumi Housing Pvt Ltd on a restricted entry. There will be a live conference organised by GHTC under Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. Each exhibitors will present their technologies to the present dignitaries in the conference about their innovative indigenous construction solutions.
