The homes constructed under LHP Project at Agartala, Tripura will be constructed by using the most advanced emerging technology Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) Hybrid with Pre Engineered Building System.
LGSF has many benefits of its own and the main one is its affordable pricing. Not to mention LGSF construction essentially helps in green building and brings goodness to the environment.
LGSF is also 100% reusable, the waste is less than 1%, and 100% non-combustible source of steel.
Construction becomes easier, more effective, and more efficient with LGSF as it helps build quicker and takes less time compared to traditional building methods.
Financially, LGSF buildings are known for their lesser cost in maintenance with a superior finish which then makes it look always new both from the outside and inside.
Last but not least, Hybrid Construction Technology is used for high-rise / multi-storied residential buildings. It is a combination of PEB (Hot Rolled Steel) and Cold-Formed Light Gauge Steel Construction.
Simply putting this project is something to be proud of and worth waiting. It will make us proud that our nation is leveraging such technology to give an impetus to our development trajectory.
