Guest lecture by Mr. Shahid at NIT Uttarakhand on LGSF Technology.

National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand (NITUK) invited Business Head of Mitsumi Housing, Mr. Shahid Badshah as a domain expert on LGSF Technology.
With his deep expertise Mr. Shahid delivered two lectures on the current state and hurdles faced on the fast track construction technology.

NITUK is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technologies in the country. This institute has grown in many fields and established itself as one of the best Technical Educational Institutes.
It has also secured 131 ranks in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) India 2022 in the Engineering Category among almost 12.000 institutions in the country.

The one day workshop was on Cold Frame Steel Structure dated on 20th November 22 by the department of civil engineering. 
The workshop was attended by 45 – 50 students and four detailed lecturers delivered by Mr. Shahid Badshah and Dr.Chanchal of CBRI Roorkee.

Mr. Shahid was heartily welcomed by the department head and students. The lectures started with the company introduction where he shared his roller-coaster journey and his more than 14 years of experience in the LGSF and civil construction field.

Throughout the lecture, he ensured to spread the knowledge as much as possible. He also covered various aspects and topics like the current state of CFS construction in India and challenges encountered during CFS Construction including the actual practicality and issues faced in the building during today’s building landscape, Its possibility, Uses, and Benefits, Current scenario, and what is the difference between traditional and conventional, Its contribution in today’s time and challenges faced over the pre-sale and post-sale. All the topics were discussed in depth and covered in vast. Also, the lecture was followed by an interactive Q&A session with students present online and offline.

As per the feedback received from the participants, it was an excellent learning experience, the lecture helped them in their understanding of the LGSF as assets and technology have grown over a short period of time.
