MHPL Kerala Housing Inauguration On 8-4-23.

Mitsumi Housing is glad to announce the inauguration of its housing plan in Idukki, Kottayam, and Kollam Kerala.

The house was constructed using the latest technology called LGSF. (Light Gauge Steel Framing technology)

These residents are lightly weighted, cost-effective, and 100% safe from disaster as well.

Also, compared to the traditional resident they are fast and environmentally friendly. The project is under the ministry of the Kerala government and was started with the aim to provide shelter that is underprivileged and was for irrespective of any age group.

Mitsumi Housing Pvt. Ltd. takes pride to be part of this initiative and to construct flats in various parts of Kerala.

Out of all Kottayam, Idukki, and Kollam successfully completed 44 blocks each. Each block has 42 flats in total which have 2 bedrooms, a hall, and a kitchen with all the basic facilities.

The inauguration started with lots of enthusiasm and was attended by more than 100 people on dated 8-4-23.

It was inaugurated by Roshy Augustine (minister of water resources). The event started with the guest lecture followed by allowing the flats.

We would like to thank the entire team member for putting in effort and making this dream come true for 1000 of the family.

The journey was incomplete without the trust of the government of Kerala. Who gave us a chance to introduce LGSF technology and house in India.
